Greyline Concrete Lite-Wt. is a light weight concrete for non-load bearing parts such as roofing, architectural facade works, and levelling that reduces dead weight in a sustainable manner. It is manufactured by evenly dispersing foam or polystyrene beads in a predesigned mix. Because of its outstanding workability, it may be formed into any required shape. It is more fire resistant and has superior heat and sound insulation than standard concrete.

Usage

  • Lite-Wt. Concrete is formed by evenly dispersing foam/polystyrene beads in a predesigned mix.
  • It has a density of 500 Kg / CMT and higher, as well as a strength of 1.5 to 4.5 MPA.
  • Mechanical vibrators should be avoided.
  • Curing should be carried out in accordance with the standards.
  • Allow no huge piles or sloping layers of concrete to form.
  • As a roofing, flooring, and electrical wire insulator.
  • Partition wall construction.
  • Filler substance that is light in weight.
  • Reservoir cover to prevent evaporation losses.
